In today's world. Everyone travels and If you are in IT Software ,Then you are bound to travel to US or Europe.
when someone travels from one part of the earth to another there is a time shift and that's when you lose your sleep . This is called jet lag.
I have traveled to the US many times and had this issue .over the period i was able to manage jet lag by the following ways.
If your flight is the early morning then try
1. Sleep in the afternoon of the day before when you are travelling(by having a heavy lunch :) , so that you can postpone your sleep in the night.
2. If you have a connecting flight then try not to sleep still you board your connecting flight if that's a less than 5 hours flight .
3.Once you have reached your destination do not sleep in the day and try postpone still 9 pm .
